ABSTRACT
Objective To study the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-alfa(TNF- α)in serum and peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis,to explore their roles in pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods IL-6 and TNF-α levels in peritoneal fluid and serum of 60 patients with endometriosis(34 cases in Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ stage,26 cases in Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ stage)and 30 control cases(not EMS patients)were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Peritoneal fluid and serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in EMS group were significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.01),and peritoneal fluid and serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in Ⅲ ～Ⅳ stage was siguificantly higher than that in Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ stage(P＜0.01). Conclusion IL-6 and TNF-α in peritoneal fluid and serum played an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis.

Objective To investigate the distribution of high pathogenicity island(HPI)in multiple-drug-resistance gram-negative bacilli and analyze the protein sequence.Methods To amplify thefyuA-irp2 gene cluster of the 84 isolates by multiple polymerase chain reaction(PCR),the product was subsequently sequenced.Results The positive rate ofirpl,irp2,irp3,irp4 and fyuA was 40.48％,41,67％,5.95％,O％and 16.67％,respectively.Theamino sequence offyuA comefromEC06748,Kp7151 and PAE7 was usedto compare with AL590842,there are 100％identities.Amino sequence ofirp2 come from Kp49 and Kp51 have 99％identities with AAA27636.1,but amino sequence of irp2 come from EC04 and EC07 only have 90％identities with 1176840.The GenBank accession number is FJ211852 and FJ211851.Amino sequence ofirpl come fromKp 10,Kp49 and Kp51 have 99％identities with AL590842。and amino sequence ofirp3 come from EC03,Kp51,Kp10 and Kp49 have 97％identities with CAA73128.There are the same mutation among the same species,and different mutation among different species.Conclusion There was different extant mutant lost in thefy～t-i,v2 gene cluster in multiple-drug-resistanee gram-negative bacilli.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study the effect of self-locking spinning insertion nail on the treatment of femoral diaphyseal fracture.Methods 60 cases of variant femoral diaphyseal fractures were treated with internaI fixation by self-locking spinning insertion nail.Early function exercise was permitted without weight bearing.Results All cases were followed up for 8 weeks to 3 years.The results were excellent in 39 cases,good in 18 and fair in 3,and the excellent and good rate was 95%.No malunion.or nail breakage was found.The knee function was recovered completely.Conclusion Self-locking spinning insertion nail has advantages of small incision,less trauma,simple manipulation,fast recovery and easy removal in the treatment of femoral diaphyseal fracture,which provides reliable effects.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study the pollution levels,characteristics,causes and related adverse effects of indoor volatile organic compounds(VOCs) on human health after decoration. Methods The concentration of indoor air formaldehyde and TVOC were detected,meanwhile the adverse health effects were investigated by questionnaires. Result The results showed that the houses in which formaldehyde concentration exceeded the national indoor air quality standard occupied 47.1%, and three months later, the rate still was 40%,the highest level was 6.56 times of the standard. While the rate of exceed the national standard of TVOC was 76% within one month and 0% three months later respectively. As far as the concerned subjective syndromes, only the complaint of disgusted smell was significantly different between those who lived in newly decorated rooms and those who lived in the houses which taken as the control. Conclusion Now the pollution level of VOCs caused by decoration is some lower than before,but the pollution of formaldehyde was still pervasive and serious. The causes of pollution lay in artificial board materials used for furniture and decoration. Moreover, the complaints of the discomfort of eyes and upper respiratory tract will increase as people moved in the newly decorated rooms.
